"Recently, we had to visit Well Care Hospital in an emergency when my sister’s son got a small head injury. The injury was not major — he only needed one stitch. But the hospital charged ₹2100, out of which ₹1000 was just for “emergency charges”, and then they added extra doctor fees on top of that. When we asked for a breakdown of the bill and questioned why the charges were so high for such a minor treatment, the staff started fumbling. It was very clear that they were confused and trying to figure out where to adjust the extra amount. This felt extremely unprofessional and dishonest. The service was poor, the billing was unclear, and overall the experience was very disappointing. I strongly do not recommend going to Well Care Hospital."
